Air Compressor Service

The single most important thing you can do to increase your equipment’s longevity and reliability is to keep up with regular maintenance. Every manufacturer has a planned maintenance schedule that is published for every piece of equipment they make. By following that schedule you will minimize downtime and often be able to catch problems before something breaks.

MINOR PM:
-Air filter
-Oil filter
-Electrical inspection
-Pressure & Temperature readings
-Brush & blow out aftercooler/oil cooler
-Water drain valve test/clean
-Dryer inspection
-Blow out condenser coil

MAJOR PM:
-Minor PM, plus:
-Separator
-Oil inlet check
-MCPV check
-Thermal valve check
-Water trap drain & clean
-Belt (if needed)

Dryer PM:
-Functional checks
-Blow off condenser
(Foam cleaner for Major PM)
-Drain check/clean
-Internal filters (if applicable)
